Small, cozy hotel. The room was very quirky and lovingly furnished. It was only accessible via a spiral staircase which might be a problem for some. Comfortable, good-sized room and very helpful staff.

The location was excellent. Within touching distance of shops, restaurants and a few minutes walk to the Abbey, Pulteney Bridge, Roman Baths and the centre of Bath itself. An issue arose with the wifi which the girls informed us of and it was fixed by the time we returned to the flat. The communication from them, the instructions and promptness of the replies were very impressive.
