The room was very clean and comfortable. Had the toilet cistern block with limescale late evening prior to going to bed. staff very helpful and response excellent. Offered to change room but we got it going. Plumber replaced same next day. The breakfast was good but not the best. Bar prices a bit steep.

Your staff are absolutely fantastic- they were so tentative to us from the moment we parked up and all the way through until we left.
The room was very clean, and you could tell there had been some real thought about how to make your guests comfortable during their stay. From the map, the restaurant menus for both properties, teas and coffees in the room. Was really lovely.
With rooms offering fine Egyptian linen, handsprung beds, and plasma TVs, Hotel Du Vin Poole is just 10 minutes’ walk from Poole Harbour.

Sadly had to leave very early in the morning so unable to sample breakfast. Had supper in my room which was nice. Only negative was the air conditioning in my room was not working which was frustrating. Fortunately there was a fan.
