Beautiful decor and very apt for the centre of Leeds with Yorkshire dailect throughout. Bed enough for three people to fit comfortably and nice water pressure in the shower (although the cricketer in the shower might not be to everyone's taste!) Room was clean and well presented.

it was my second time there, so I knew what to expect. Staff is friendly, the place is clean, the breakfast (from a previous occasion) is good, the gym is good enough.

What I liked about the Park Plaza Leeds, was the location in where it is in Leeds, pretty much in the city centre, I don't think you could get more central, a stones throw away from the train station and a vast choice of bars and restaurants very close by.
I liked the idea of having a room at the top or nearer the top of the hotel, and that's what I got, I suggest level 6 upwards for a iconic view of Leeds city centre, city square, park row areas. that was one of the best features of the hotel is having a good city view, and it didn't disappoint.
Upon arrival, the check in procedure was swift and easy, staff very welcoming, and gave easy instructions of how to get to the room, and what the food options are,
The room was spacious and large, not too much lighting so it appeared a bit darker even with the available room lights on. The bed was large and comfy and made a good nights rest. The bathroom and overall cleanliness of the room was more than adequate and a good standard.
The breakfast next morning was a typical help yourself buffet, with some good options, hot and cold, drinks, etc, everything you'll need, the staff in the restaurant were, welcoming and seemed to enjoy what they do, I got that factor throughout the hotel to be honest. The restaurant itself, has views of the Boar lane in Leeds, and the restaurant is situation well above ground level, so you get decent views of city life below.
I do recommend this hotel for staying in Leeds, good value for one night or two, and you can't get better for its location.
