Paul 140 £ . Very warm in room fan didn't work very noisy. 2 towels only . No drink in room no bfast for that price . Nearly fall and broke my legs on metal stairs . Very poor bathroom. Shower hardly worked

This is a really nice hotel. It's inviting and comfortable. Our room was gorgeous, no other way to describe it and the bathroom was as well. Breakfast was from a short menu and was well cooked and presented. We had dinner as well and this was good and dessert was great. Staff are pleasant and helpful. The private car park is just across the road so not a problem. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Excellent Hotel located above a pub that's definitely worth the stay. The owner was sound. The place was immaculate! Honestly view the pictures of the rooms and this hotel is one of the few we have stayed that exceeds the pictures shown. The renovation they had done to this place is extensive and perfected. Very very modern, and that bathroom and shower was awesome. The walls are all plastered new and the woodwork is excellent, the decor is really nice and clean looking, all the little details are noticed and appreciated. Thankyou very much for our stay we enjoyed it.

The room was clean sheets and towels are in good condition and clean. Plain and simple room. Nice tea and coffee options in the room. Great location for someone who needs to be in Lancaster University. The breakfast is good.
Beautifully cosy & clean. Really comfy beds, we all slept really well. We were so cosy & comfy in the evening we decided not to go out! I would thoroughly recommend this lovely little house. We were up for the Roses varsity event at Lancaster university. We will definitely book again when it returns in two years time.

I use Lancaster University Guest Rooms when I pick up my son from uni. As they are on-campus they are VERY convenient, and whilst they are basic they are also very cheap, which is the main attraction. Functional, and the check-in and out system is straight forward. We have also used these rooms for short Lake Distric breaks. The southern Lakes are only 45 mins away by car and the accommodation is so much cheaper than Ambleside hotels!
The location is perfect for people having to get to the Lancaster University everyday. The main bus station is only 5 minutes away from the location. The city centre is also within the walking distance, not to mention that a huge Sainsbury's is just in front of the place.
The breakfast was succulent and you can ask whatever you like. Of course it was a menu breakfast, however you can merely ask whatever you want. My son wants to go to Lancaster University and we went for a visit to the University.
We stay at Stork hotel and feel at home. Away from Mauritius and feeling at home is a good feeling.
Will be back in September and every six months.

Booked the Hotel for my wife. She went to go see our daughter at Lancaster University. Fantastic location close to the uni. You can't get closer to be honest! She was very happy with the room and facilities provided. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The property including the room was clean with new IKEA fittings (although fitted poorly) and was perfectly adequate for an overnight stay.
