Overall a delightful experience and enjoyable stay. The room was clean and we had a good view over the marina. The staff were very accommodating and attended to our requests. We also had an afternoon tea at the venue.

The hotel was cozy and nice. It's about a 5 minute walk from the ipswich station so proximity was good. There is a nice lounge area with lots of seating. There's a bar and a restaurant. The wifi is free inside the rooms and hotel. The staff is great and all is quiet.
The location is just 10mins by car from Ipswich Station. Adequate cardio equipment in the gym. Individually wrapper cups. Towel and gown was made available at the spa when requested. The staff encountered were friendly.
