First of all the staff were so helpful and friendly. We got into our room a little early, and it was lovely. One comfy king bed, lots of space, and very clean. The lady at reception offered to book us a table in the restaurant and went out of her way to ensure all my allergies were catered for. A BIG bonus for me. The chef even wrote a list of all the dishes I could eat and made some modifications, and I have to say, the bangers and mash were delicious! The breakfast choices were vast, including cooked items, cereals, pastries, breads, and various cold meats and cheeses. All with a pretty water view. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you find yourself in the area.

1 superior which was in another building , was terrible , cold, damp, ripped curtains.
Cold water , shower did not work.
Poor Value for an expensive hotel, staff tried , but to no joy.
