Our original booking at another place failed so we booked this hotel quickly without checking out out. It is a bit old fashioned but people were very nice and breakfast was excellent. Great view on the pier

Service was excellent and our dog was very welcome.
Accomodation had everything you needed - obviously a lot of thought and care has gone into providing a lovely base for exploring the ancient town of Rye. A few minutes walk from the town centre one way then the other way you can walk into the countryside to Camber Castle. Bed very comfy and the Bottle of wine a thoughtful touch, and the host Claudia very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is in a lovely location with super views across the fields to Winchelsea, Camber Castle and the sea. Welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Fabulous choice for breakfast.
Loved that breakfast was included, it had clearly been refurbished recently, the room itself was a large size, staff were friendly, and it is a great location, 5 mins from cute shops/cafes and near the walk to the camber castle
Staff very good, couldn't be more helpful, breakfast was good and always hot. Great views from the hotel across the marshes to Camber castle. Great little bar, save having to go back out after a long day.
Quiet location on the edge of town. The views across to Rye and Camber Castle were lovely as the sun was going down.Seen from the field with access to the 1066 footpath.
The location is superb, overlooking the River Brede with views to Camber Castle and Winchelsea. It is well placed for local restaurants and pubs. The station is just a few minutes walk away. Our room was comfortable, a good size and clean. Staff were really friendly.
Riverside is a beautiful appartment in a tranquil location with stunning ever changing views across the river Tilling towards Camber Sands dunes and also a lovely view of Rye town from the bedroom window. The appartment was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was lovely to be only 5 minutes from town, and we enjoyed walks to Camber Sands and to the RSPB bird reserve and Camber Castle. Highly recommended!
Exceptional breakfast, ideal location with free parking, reception staff so welcoming, helpful and polite. Really lovely stay. Location for walking to Camber castle and Rye Harbour brilliant.
