We were personally welcomed and after asking we were given beautiful recommendations for special shops and cafes. The room was absolutely lovely, we were stunned by the view and the location! If we come back to brighton we will most definitely book the Blue Sky Guest House again! Thank you for the lovely stay!

Big appreciating for home made breakfast (fruit salad, warm pastry and much more) Also owners of this guest house are very kind. I can only recommend staying in this guest house

Brighton city centre is just a 12-minute walk from the property. Breakfast was great! I'm so glD THEY HAVE VEGETARIAN AND VEGAN OPTIONS. The staff was friendly and helpful. Stephen was really great! The room was lovely and the location was so convenient and beautiful.

Food is served 7 days a week. A cooked breakfast with lighter options is available for hotel guests.
We loved that it was a very cute and quaint boutique hotel. The rooms were so elegantly done with all means of comfort.

Breakfast choice was vast and everything we chose was cooked to perfection. Owner greeted us on arrival and helped to carry our luggage up to our room

The Whoopy room was lovely, modern and charming with lounge area, very comfortable bed and roll top bath. Tea and coffee machine and toiletries added to the luxury feel. Breakfasts were amazing. Can recommend the bacon special breakfast with halloumi. Apparently you can pre order a box of cakes for your room. Very sad to see that they were all tucked away safely overnight 😀. Great location on High Street.
Great location as it’s not too far from the city centre, I booked a room with a private shower/toilet to which I’m very happy about it. The room at first glance was clean.
Large, cosy, and clean room with private bathroom across the landing. Excellent location in the centre of Lewes convenient for train and bus station but still quiet. Kay was very welcoming and provided a good healthy breakfast, including fresh fruit and juice.
Very clean and comfy room in a nice quiet residential location just off the sea front. An excellent breakfast was served in a lovely dining room by very polite and friendly staff. The owner, Veronica was a very charming lady who went out of her way to make everyone feel at home. Definitely the best B&B I have stayed in, in Bognor (and elsewhere) over the last 5 years.

Had the four poster bedroom with sea view and loved it. A bit run down, but utterly charming. Great mattress plus fridge and tea making facilities. Nice staff and quiet nights. Being a romantic you will start writing a novel in this room. Being a realist you might start a list of complaints. Great location. I will return.
Location is excellent for the city centre shopping, restaurants and bars + near the sea front. The property even though central is amazingly quiet at night. the private parking is perfect & takes the headache out of trying to find a space + not having to pay for the expensive car parking fees. The only negative was the pre-identity checks (taking selfie + Photos of driving license etc.) which seemed to take hours to sort out & numerous phone calls to the agents the day before arrival.. Great location, but still quiet at night, the aesthetic - beautiful old building, lovely breakfast, ambiance, also the shower was amazing! Beds were comfortable, rooms well equipped and it felt very private, couldn't hear sound from any other rooms. Everyone working there was very friendly and helpful. Rye is such a beautiful historic town and staying here adds to the experience, as it feels like a part of the history. It is also close walking distance to everything.
