The hotel is stunning. The grounds are so pretty and quiet with a lovely outdoor seating area, the rooms are so clean and stylish and the food was delicious. I can't wait to come back!

Staff were very attentive no food available however gave us information on local takeaways and gave us plates/cutlery and napkins.
Room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for 1 night only. Even gave us an extra heater if required.
Pub served a selection of drinks and was very welcoming with plenty of seating for a Saturday evening.
Carpark was roomy.

It’s a really welcoming and beautiful cottage. Impeccably clean. Fantastic shower room and kitchen . It’s a peaceful location and was able to enjoy some walks straight from the property and Audley End house. A short drive or walk into Saffron Walden depending on what you’d prefer. We were able to bring our dog and had a lovely secure garden too. We shall recommend to friends and family and will definitely be back as it was perfect for us to use as a base to visit family.
Beautifully finished . Spotless throughout. Great private Garden with Seats. Parking outside property. Everything you need for a great stay. Close to the Town , which is lovely.

Location was great for the town and also access to Audley End House on our second day. Room was clean and tidy, peaceful setting. Tea and coffee facilities in the room were welcome. Staff polite but seemed exceptionally busy.
