Everything! The room was gorgeous with amazing views, all the details were lovely like the dressing gowns and cookies. The staff were all so kind and friendly, and they gave us a charger to keep when we didn’t have one. Breakfast was also delicious - best avo toast ever

Great location, very easy to get from Temple Meads station or into the city centre by bus. Clifton is idea for walking across the nearby suspension bridge to Ashton Court or to visit the observatory.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
I did not use the restaurant but it appeared busy.
