Our stay was unforgettable and really nice. The location was perfect and the room view too. Beds were comfortable, shower was clean while water always had perfect temperature. We enjoyed living in the fort, lying on white linens and looking through the high fort windows as real princesses in a caste. It was quiet and warm. However, it is important to mention that we didn’t have a fridge so cheese and ham were on the windowsill out of the room. We also used the coffee machine and were provided with new capsules each day!
Everything was clean. Also no noise. The interior depicted on the website looked the same as in real life. It was a pleasant surprise to live on a page of an interior journal. Free hotel umbrellas helped as many times. Stuff was polite and friendly except the girl-receptionist on our check-in who was tired, unfriendly and led a discussion with us about the €300 deposit that could only be left by card. Finally, we were dispirited but left it in cash. Deposit info wasn’t mentioned while booking.
