Very helpful and friendly staff. We had a standard double room which was spacious, modern and clean with a lovely view. The balcony was nice.
Breakfast was good, plenty of it. A wider range of cooked options would have been nice.

Turtmann is a small but lovely place set in beautiful mountains. It has lots of historic old buildings, an old water-powered sawmill, a wonderful waterfall and a cable car up to the lovely villages of Oberems and Unterems. It has a trains station and is an excellent base to visit other places in the area. Well worth a visit.
