We enjoyed our comfortable and spacious room, the large terrace and the wonderful view.
The covered parking was also great sheltering our car from the cold and the snow. The friendly staff was very helpful in providing us access to their electric charger to charge our car.
Location is perfect not only due to the beautiful views, but also due to the proximity to Gemmi cable car, to the bus stop that shortly reaches the Torrent cable car, and not the least, the pleasant short walk into the town's center.

The road to the village was a bit stressing but absolutely worth covering! Make sure to visit Therme and a place called "Thermalquellen-Weg & Steg(The Beginning Point)" on Google Maps - from there you take a path to an amazing waterfall hidden inside the canyon.

We like the spa area best.
We like the spa area best. There are public baths in Leukerbad but it's nice to avoid the crowds. There are both inside and outside pools. The water is warm. Breakfast is copious with a nice selection of foods - there's even fresh squeezed orange juice on tap and iced Prosecco. So, if you like a Mimosa in the morning - only degenerates and aristocrats drink early in the day - you'll be in 7th heaven. Dinner is very nice. Let me recommend a local white wine either as a cocktail or with the local fish - Petite Arvine. The staff are nice without being obsequious.

We visited leukerbad for a day to spend time in the hot thermal springs the town is famous for. It also has nice restaurants and very friendly people. The bus ride from the station was an uphill 30 min ride but with amazing views.
We went to the leukerbad Therme public spa for the three hour treatment for around 28 francs. Your hotel may have a coupon you can use to get in cheaper. Bring a towel or pay an extra 2 francs for a towel or 10 francs for a robe. They had at least 6 different thermal pools you could switch to. Most were Luke warm with lots of massaging jets but one was really hot with 110 degree water in an enclosed pool. There was a nearby cold tub to quickly cool off. You had plenty of options as to the type of aqua massage you wanted as there are several water jets available. It wasn’t crowded. People even stayed during the light rain. They had hair and body dryers afterwards and some showers. The sauna was extra money so we skipped. We then ate at Toms Saloon nearby for the most amazing beer and cheeseburger! The bar hostess was a sweetheart from Ireland who knew most everyone that walked in. It was a little taste of local flavor.
Friendly reception even though the receptionist doesn't speak fluent English, the communication was easy enough. The room was good with the extra bed a sleeper sofa. The breakfast is ok but nothing special but nice views onto the mountains from the breakfast room. It is one of the cheaper hotels in Leukerbad and for the price it is a good deal.
Loved the services of the helpful front desk and restaurant staff. The size of the room was excellent and view was spectacular. The Spa facility was superior and the experience was incredible. Food was excellent. Drinks too. The walk and trek possibilities around is even better than many places in Switzerland.
Very welcoming staff, lovely hotel. Underground car park was nice with plenty of space, Bedroom was spacious, bed very comfy. Mountain view from balcony was stunning. Breakfast was excellent. Evening meal in the busy restaurant was also excellent. Towels for use at Thermal Baths were provided.
1. Location is great.
2. Free access to the spa 3h/day from Checkin day to check out day, really nice!
3. Super nice staff from hotel reception to restaurant staff, the pool staff is nice too
4. Room is nice and ok( didn't smell anything strange like some other comments we read before)
Acomodation was amazing: excellent room and toilet space, amazing Mountain View, good price for thermal tickets (in one of the most beautiful ones and also very close, 10min walking) Good breakfast, not the best but very good and staff is incredible 💕 the photo is from the balcony
Perfect location right in the center of Leukerbad. The staff was exceptionally kind, really doing their best for a wonderful experience. The room was very cozy, perfectly clean with a super comfortable bed. All in all, a wonderful place to stay in Leukerbad!
What a lovely stay ! The hotel is ideally placed in the middle of the town equidistant to the thermal baths or the télécabin.
The staff couldn’t help enough. Everything was spick and span. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Can’t recommend highly enough !
Beautiful modern hotel in an amazing location in the Swiss mountains. An absolutely beautiful location!!! We loved the spa and pool/jacuzzi. We also had an excellent dinner at the hotel with amazing Swiss food. Loved it!
Per 3-star standard, this’s a place with top price/value ratio. One night stay comes with free breakfast, one-time access to Leukerbad thermal, and back-n-forth Gemipass cable car. Balcony view was lovely. Room/bed spacious
Beautiful apartments with fully equipped kitchen. Stunning view from the terrace. Room was very clean (special thanks to the hotel staff). 3 minutes walk to Leukerbad Therme. Managers were available to resolve issues.
Very well located hotel, just a hop and skip to the thermal baths. Breakfast continental buffet was very good, great coffee, tea, viennoiserie, meats and cheeses. Room was spacious and very clean.

The hotel is very good situated, I liked the decoration, very cozy and spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet was also super nice. The restaurant is also very Beautiful and the food was good.
A great hotel to stay - where wellness and relaxation is a must. The spa is a must try - it has sauna, Turkish bath, hot spring pool and jacuzzi.
The room is spacious and well appointed
We felt very welcome, we got a great room with an amazing view. Walking distance to the Thermen and restaurants. We would love to come back when the Pool from the hotel is open again!
Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The family room was very spacious and functional for a family of 5 (including baby in added travel cot provided by the hotel)
It is so good to have the thermal pool in the hotel, very hot water from local stream. There is the hotel shuttle bus that gives free rides to the village.
