Highly recommended hotel with excellent location and service. With magnificent views of the open, every staff member is very welcoming, there is a shuttle to the town at any time, and there is also a transfer service. Crans-Montana is summer-winter resort. We went for skiing. The views are amazing, the resort has skiing options for all the family but is not very big. Restaurants very cozy but expensive (well, it's Switzerland...). The town is very walkable, you can walk from crans to Montana or hike around the town.

I can not tell much for now as I was there pnly for a couple of days but the ressort is quite nice and big with is rare for the mountines and has a lot of activities. I can to come in winter and see. It has two golf courses and sunna vaille, lakes.

On the negative side we had to ask for the glasses (for our water) many times, the waiter was no so observant'
I was not easy to get coffee to our breakfast. Again we had to ask to get attention.
