Everything about the experience was incredible. It was a relaxing and peaceful experience with gorgeous views in a quiet mountain village. It was all beyond expectations. I didn't have much time to spend, but it was all enough to provide a proper reset.

I chose this hotel for the spa, and I was not disappointed. I enjoyed my massage and steam room. There's also a sauna and pool. The hotel is easily accessible from downtown and close to everything.

Its a very nice hotel, great location, helpful stuff and amazing apartments.
We have an upgraded room with kitchen, living room and terrace. Yes, the hotel is a little bit outdated, but it was very clean, all furnish was in good condition. And I absolutely love this decor, like I'm in Twin Peaks. See the pictures, so you understand.
We enjoyed our time in Montana, went to spa (two saunas, cold plunge, jacuzzi and small pool with terrace access). The breakfast was also good - its buffet, but the guests can also order crêpes or omelet from kitchen.
We stayed for 1 night and the hotel stuff gave us free tickets for 2 days for ski elevators, mini golf etc (a lot of activities were included, because off-season in Crans Montana). Even in high season you can buy this ticket only for 20 CHF, which is very nice price for people, who skiis.
We'll definitely come again :)
Hôtel Cristal - Swiss Riders Lodge Grimentz is situated at 1,572 metres above sea level in peaceful surroundings, a 5-minute walk from the centre of Grimentz and the cable car station.

very nice place( very clean and hight quality of mattresses) in the most beautiful village of Switzeland, we especially liked that the staff were always smiling, very warm people
Great place for a summer runaway! It has breath-taking beautiful scenery and very cool climate in August. In the village, you can walk around the steep hills, play sports in the sports field or enjoy some minigolf. There are some wonderful restaurants too. We cooked half of the time and ate out the other half. There is also a local bakery to buy fresh bread and sweets. If you prefer complete grocery shops, make sure to buy everything you need down in Sierre before coming to Vercorin! The nearest mountain Cret du Midi is easily reachable by telecabin. On top, there are various fun activities: hiking, (watching) paragliding, trotti-mountain biking, rope park... Definitely a hidden treasure in Valais!

I come to Vercorin regularly as I have family in Switzerland. It's got many good walks, scenic spots and just enough to do but it's not too touristic like some areas. You can enjoy the altitude and get fitter by walking every day.
Really one of the best wellness areas I have used. It wasn’t very busy but was clean and had everything to a high quality. We had the smallest apartment but they had thought of everything!! There is even a small hotel shower to use if you are skiing on check out day. We had exactly all the supplies we needed in a small space. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally nice. The location cannot be beat.
Having never heard of Vercorin before booking, it was all a very pleasant surprise. A small town on top of a mountain, reached on narrow but very well maintained roads, with old style houses and new buildings built to respect the style of the place. A very quiet but at the same time lively town with fairs, traditional shops, restaurants and terraces.
Trips at Zermatt or Interlaken are easily accessible, in under 2 hours.
The location is great, recently renewed and with a lot of nice common places
Parking spots beyond the hotel are very convenient
It is possible to have dinner at the hotel (69 CHF per person + water and wine) and it is nice
Private spa available for 2 hours (charged separately) is a very nice experience
Room not so big, but nice and with a nice shower
location and mountain view of the hotel great for those seeking the off beaten track experience; really good breakfast; tea and coffee making materials in the room
