The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were even given a drinks voucher for the adjoining restaurant/bar, where we had a fantastic meal, after a late arrival. We also had breakfast there the next morning. The room was excellent value for the price we paid and the Palmer street precinct looks lovely lit up ar night.
