Location was great. Mistakes were made with room service arriving cold and was very quickly rectified. Everything was good with the acception of the staff, they were fantastic.

Found the room very comfortble. Clean and user friendly. Extra pillows and large blanket. Plus iron. tea and Coffee making facilities. Fridge and microwave. Can also order breakfast. Quite happy.
