The staff were super accomodating and friendly. And they bent over backwards to make us feel welcome and relaxed. The bed was super comfortable and the room was huge with a great view of the Burj Khalifa. The hotel is well located to the Burj and Dubai Mall and heaps of restaurants etc.

Way too big and too few information points.
Way too big and too few information points. If you look for a certain location this will take you a very long time. It woud be good to have normal maps (not only a touch screen every 250 m) of the mall on every central point so you can get an overview where you are. The direction signs were often confusing as they was sometimes pointing up the stairs but when you arrived upstairs there was no further sign in which direction you have to go.

Lived the Free Show Dancing Fountains & 8:30 Every Evening.
The Food Quarter is very Diverse.
Toilet are clean.
I am just Wondering if there were Enough Seats for Elderly & Disabled People.
Hours of Walking is Agonising & Tiring.
It's A Fabulous & The Air Conditioning Jeeps People indoors.
Outdoors is Quite Very Hit & Humid During the Summer.
However, I love Dubai.
Just Stay indoors.
Even Taxis & All model of Transport has an Air Condition. It's a Must in Dubai.

Even if you don't plan to go shopping, visiting Dubai Mall is a must. I've never seen any mall like this one. It's like a city inside the city, so, even taking a stroll here is already a nice experience!

Also the restaurants dining in have the best burj background for photos and videos, especially the fountain show in the evenings!

Getting there by taxi is the cheapest.
Getting there by taxi is the cheapest. But I found it very difficult to get a taxi on the streets. You install Careem or Uber and both have hidden charges which you will only realise when you check your credit card bill. On the way back from the Dubai mall, the taxi and limousines are available but these drivers are racist. If you're White, you are privileged to take the first ride, if not you have to wait till one desperate fellow take you on one.
Shame. Limousine ride from Dubai mall to Downtown costs 80 dirhams on a limousine. Taxi from Downtown to Dubai mall only costs 14.5 Dirhams. Transport by limousines are very expensive, the most I have paid when I have travelled to other countries. To me Dubai Mall is a combinations of Sunway Mall, KLCC and Midvallley Mall in KL all put together. Nothing so great about it

Its masive and exhausting, but with ice rink and massive aquarium with sharks and stingrays, you will not find find a mall like this in the world and a waterfall as well, food courts, good transport links, shop till you drop, all air conditioned, linked with sky view ,a floor with a view and slide down side of building a scary experience for some. Burj Khalifa near mall. This mall has everything and busy with people from all over the world. Never seen a mall like this ever.
The apartment is beautiful and clean. The view from the apartment is wonderful. The location is excellent, very close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. I will definitely return to the same place again.
The room was spacious and very clean. There is very nice fragrance/aroma throughout the hotel. The beach is huge so no one disturbs you. The location is close to the Dubai mall and there is an area with nice restaurants. The pool is nice as well. The Sea Fu restaurant is amazing 10/10. I had e birthday dessert from the staff in the room for my birthday which was really nice. Thank you again!

it was very good experience we really like it, my children enjoyed it, we may consider it in the next visits and I highly recommend it for families, very close to city walk, down town, Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall.

The apartment was amazing, clean and tidy, it had all the amenities needed, kitchen equipment was excellent, beds were comfortable and the views were spectacular. The pool was huge and access and use of the gym was great. Situated right across from the Burj Khalifa, the Dubai mall was in walking distance. The host was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The location is great, right next to Dubai Mall and the view of Burj Khalifa from the balcony. The apartment is nicely done and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Avoid hotel restaurants if you can do without the Alcohol. Food quality and value is better. Alcohol is available in venues attached to hotels only and carry hefty services charges and premiums. Some local options provide a better more cultural experience and value for money. For example, go to Ravi Indian Restaurant if you like Indian. Go to Istanbul Flower on Sheikh Zayed (Next to Safestway) for best Turkish (Try Iskender). Al Hallab for best Lebanese food (Emirates and Dubai Mall or original on Al Garhoud Road). Another good Lebanese option is Al Safadi on Al-Rigga Road in Deira). For best steaks I recommend the JW Mariott in Deira. For good Asian go to Wagamama. For Persian Food go to Sadaf on Sheikh Zayed or in Deira.
