There are 2 indoor hot springs baths and an open-air bath at the property. Amazing accomodation with very clean and nice Japanese rooms and private onsens. Best treatment after a big hike!

Featuring chic décor and a relaxing ambience, each spacious room comes with a satellite LCD TV, a fridge and a minibar. A wide work desk and a safety box are also included. The en suite bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and free toiletries. The room was clean and very spacious. Free shuttle bus (every 15 to 20 mins) between hotel and Osaka station is very convienieient and big plus for the hotel. Staff are gorgeous and willing to help guests.

Rooms feature tatami-mat flooring, comfortable futon bedding and paper sliding screens. They are fitted with an LCD TV and a safe. Bathroom facilities are shared, and the public baths are open 16:00-22:00 and 06:00-09:00 daily. This is my second time staying at Ekoin and it was excellent just like last time. The meditation and fire ceremony were beautiful. The food was good last time but this time was even better, just delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly and the shared bath is spotless and super comfortable. I cannot recommend Ekoin enough.

Well set in the Shimogyo Ward district of Kyoto, Saju Kyoto 茶住 京都 is located 600 metres from Kyoto Shigaku Kaikan Conference Hall, 1.6 km from Kyoto International Manga Museum and 1.9 km from Samurai Kembu Kyoto. The 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom and free WiFi. The property is 1.4 km from the city centre and less than 1 km from Gion Shijo Station. We had a pleasant stay at the Saju Kyoto Hotel! We were welcomed with Matcha tea and delicious cookies. In general, the people were so nice and welcoming. We loved the more „traditional“ experience and had actually a good sleep there! We would definitely come again.

I was extremely pleased with the quality of everything in the accommodation (I had a superior twin room); - the beds were soft and comfy, as were the pillows - the room was spacious - it was full of high-quality, modern amenities, including my beloved heated toilet seats (if you know how good they are, you know) - the bathroom was comfortable and the shower fantastic (temp, water-pressure) - the room even featured a built-in water purifier in the sink (good quality/taste) - the room was spotless and smelt clean and fragrant - the WiFi was excellent, which is unusual for a lot of tourist accommodation in Japan - the hosts are sincerely kind and helpful, as well as welcoming and helpful. - the hosts welcome and encourage long bookings, and will try help you to do so (they can even offer deals on travel-expenses, which is so cool) - the accommodation is approx 5-6 mins walk from Tsuruhashi station, which is a very convenient JR and other train/metro lines (only several stops to either tennoji or osakajō, and only 10 mins or so to Osaka station) part of the Osaka loop and especially great if you have form of an active JR Pass (JR, JR west, etc ) - there are loads of cheap food options around, including multiple 'konbinis' (convenience stores), as well as several good (moderate to large) supermarkets - there are also multiple pharmacies close by

Friendly Japanese host, speaks both Chinese and English fluently. Delicious dinner, breakfast, and lunchbox. Room is spacious and very clean.
