We loved this place, A nice old looking pub with modern facilities. The room was spacious and clean with a little fridge. The staff were super friendly and chatty. We had an excellent evening meal, with very well kept real ale, and breakfast was also very good with lots of choice. Would love to return.

Breakfast, although very good, we weren't given a choice. Arrived at table and were expecting a menu or at least be told what was available, but a full cooked breakfast was placed in front us us. Asked for an alternative the next morning, something like scrambled eggs on toast and was told they only do fried eggs. Beautiful garden. Receptionist was excellent.

The breakfast was fresh, good choice of cold food. A choice of hot food would be nice.

The staff at the hotel/pub were incredibly welcoming and friendly. It was in a great location as we were driving onto North Wales so provided a great half way point. Was only a short 10 minute drive to Hereford town but it was nice to stay in the country side and enjoy the peace and quiet. The room was a great size for us and breakfast was just what was needed the next day.

Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
The property was clean comfortable and in a lovely location. The room was very clean and tea and coffee was available in the room. The bathroom was clean and towels were fresh and clean. The bed was comfy and food served in the Inn was great value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful
Lovely guest house with welcoming hosts. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and there were lots of thoughtful extras, especially the fridge with fresh milk!
Breakfast is an optional extra, but it is great value and well worth consideration.
We had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend. Thank you.
Great location and very nice family running it .
The restaurant was excellent for both dinner (Nepalese /Indian) and for breakfast .
Good value for money .
Very friendly and attentive staff. The hotel is a characterful historic Inn and very conveniently located in Abergavenny. The breakfast was good too. Would stay there again.
