The owners were sooo friendly. I got sick and they went with us to the hospital and made us soup and went to get medication for us! Really clean room, they cleaned it every day and gave us fresh towels and new water bottles. Bathroom was spacious and room was beautiful. They have a great pool, restaurant with delicious food, motorcycles rental, they arrange for us jungle trekking and bus transportation! Would recommend a thousand times!

I loved this place! As everyone mentioned, Tu tu, the owner, is extremely sweet and helpful. That alone is a reason to go to this place. So welcoming! The rooms were clean and tidy, beds were comfortable, and every night there is a dinner you can join. Location is great, some restaurants around the corner and the village is a short bike ride. Overall great!

Tutu and her family were amazing. Very welcoming, friendly and gave good advice on different activities to do around the area. Hired motorbike through Tutu with no issues. Family dinner was very nice & other food ordered through them were good. Pool area nice and tidy. Nothing was a bother. Sorted bus tickets and Tutu was always available through WhatsApp for any questions or concerns you may have.

However, the most stand out thing about Phong Nha Dawn Home is Tu Tu and her family who go above and beyond from the moment you book until the moment you depart - you have to stay here when visiting Phong Nha!

The hosts were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Organised everything for us including buses, mopeds and tours. Was on WhatsApp or always there in person whenever you needed for advice. You can have all meals there if you wanted, food was lovely! Would highly recommend this lovely home.

The worst thing was we had to leave. From the moment of booking, Tut Tut was so helpful and kind, and upon entering the property, you feel at home and welcome. Tut Tut helped arrange trains, tours, and everything in between. She really does go the extra mile! The onsite restaurant serves delicious food, and the daily breakfast was very tasty. The room was set up perfectly for a family, with plenty of space and very clean. The pool after a long day was cool and refreshing with heaps of hammocks for worn-out parents to also chill in with a beer.

This was one of our favourite stays in Vietnam, we were instantly made to feel at home. We really enjoyed 'family dinner' on the first night - amazing food and a great way to socialise. The room was very big and comfortable. Bicycle and motorbike hire was great. Location still close enough to walk into town for food (~15 minutes). The host really went above and beyond - even picking us up from the bus stop in town at 3am for free and setting up a small bed for us to rest in until morning.

Our family had an exceptional stay at Phong Nha Dawn Homestay. Tutu and her family looked after us wonderfully and provide us with excellent advice and tips. Nothing was a problem for them. Everything we asked for was provided with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable and one of the best showers we had in Vietnam. Our meals were excellent and Tutu's mother vegetable soup was outstanding. They were able to organise transfers to Dong Hoi railway station and scooters for us to explore Phong Nha. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you Tutu!!!
