Absolutely amazing place. The ‘hut’ rooms are clean comfy with good shower etc. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice area to ride bicycles around and kayak on the river. In a slightly more remote part of Phong Nha but on site restaurant has plenty of delicious food (& good breakfast), great to stay and relax. We also did the Hang En Cave trek from here which highly recommend.

Everything about my stay at Oriental Hotel was absolutely amazing. Xuan is the best host I had in Vietnam, she will have you sorted with everything (tours, rental bike/scooter, bus tickets). The room was spotless and the AC worked perfectly. I really recommend staying here while in Phong Nha, best hotel in the town!

I loved this hotel ! Massive spacious room, clean. Breakfast was good, the host was so lovely, smiley and caring for our needs, she also offers laundry and bike rental and she booked our bus to Hue for a much better price than online. Location was perfect, next door to a lovely Cafe. Walking distance to local shops and restaurants.

Really lovely people running this property, spotlessly clean huge bedroom with en-suite. Very central location and some great restaurants etc close by. Also very helpful with bus tickets/ bookings and catching the bus right outside the hotel .
