Great location to explore Palermo. Suite is first class… amazing terrace that catches the sun no matter the time of day. Great views! Just a great place to hang out and re-charge your batteries before popping out for the evening. An incredibly large /comfortable bed. Property immaculate!

The location is very good, it takes about 10 minutes to get the city centre (Balaro Market, Pretoria a Quatro Canti and so on). The apartment was big and well equipped, where were some free coffee pods. In the apartment there is also a washing machine with washing pods, so you can do your laundry. On the roof there is big terrace with nice view.

The guys at the reception where extremely helpful with the information concerning Palermo, transportation and so. The block of appartments is new and the location is great, by the train & bus stations.

It was a 2 rooms flat well equipped. It is very well located in the city center, very near the train station. The parking in the street is free all day long which is nice but with a certain risk of possible scratches on the car. The owner is proposing some parking slots for 15€/day that should be reserved in advance.

It is extremely convenient. 2 blocks from the train station. This is on the nicer side of the train station. Although we have a car and they only have 4 spaces for parking. You can't reserve it beforehand, first come, first serve, so it is really a draw out of the hat. It happened when we arrived, there was no parking, but you could definitely park outside on the street. The parking space free up after rush hour and we had no problem parking there for 2 nights which saved us 30€. Ruslan was very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and minimal with all the plates and utensils. It feels like you've rented an apt. It even has a washing machine. The upstairs terrace was great for a nightcap with a mountain view. I am sure it would be nicer during the day. The suite is also 10 min away from some great restaurants and bars at Piazza Rivoluzione.

We had an excellent experience staying here! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The location was fantastic, the accommodations were comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Palermo.
