Don’t just dream about it - come visit us just minutes away from the bustling Ubud centre! Our villa consists of 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and large sliding glass doors. The open living area provides light and air, with a large dining table, couch area and fully equipped open kitchen. A dream come true for everyone that likes to socialize and spend time with loved ones. Wooden decks, modern design and colourful details make this place the perfect sanctuary for every kind of holiday. You can be sure to feel like home in this cozy villa with all amenities you can wish for. Each bedroom has twin/double beds (can be arranged on request) and spacious en-suite bathrooms in modern design. The rooms are light and airy, each with a/c and TV. The perfect space to get some privacy and time for yourself. Being located just in front of the pool, you can take a dip first thing in the morning to refresh your body and mind. This is what real luxury looks like! The open living space features a large dining table, open kitchen with counter and a couch area to relax and get together. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can also be arranged on request. Please advise with our manager on-side and give 1 day notice. The surcharge will depend on your requests. Breakfast will be prepared by the villa staff with extra charge + grocery costs. For lunch and dinner, an external chef can be hired. We will help you arrange your perfect stay! For your workout or relaxing yoga/meditation session, we have something special for you: an open space in elegant wood, open air and green surroundings. *This Villa living/common area is semi-open so there's no Air Condition in the living/common area, only in the bedrooms, however the ceiling fan is available and the sliding door also can be open for the natural breeze

The entire villa is yours during your stay, no space is sharing with others. Please note as we don't own the rice fields in front of the villa, you may experience some farmers passing in front. As they are working on their land, this is just natural and we can't do anything against it. Take it as an opportunity to see more of the locals life! ROAD ACCESS CONDITION As this villa is new and located on a remote location with rice field view, the road access is not smooth and perfect. The road is narrow, made of limestone not asphalt, could be muddy after a long rain, and have potholes here and there. There are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night. If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road. VILLA WITH RICE FIELD VIEW As nature is integral to the villa, during the night, you may hear noises which come from the insects who inhabit the rice field. This is the charm of living close to nature in Ubud. Kindly note that rice fields surrounding the property are the main food resources for locals living in the area. This means they may be harvested at different times of the year. Host is not responsible for any surrounding landscape modification out of their scope. Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem. *The villa is subject to some noise due to the surrounding constructions*
