Villa Vigneto is a beautiful detached Maisonette 180 sq. m in a plot of 700 sq. on the edge of Peza Village. On the ground floor there is the big living room with fireplace , dining area, a full equipped kitchen and the WC. The walls are made of stone and around the perimeter there are large balcony doors overlooking the courtyards and Verandas which are covered with pergolas . A marble staircase leads to the first floor where there are 3 comfortable bedrooms , a smaller room and the bathroom with bathtub. The Villa has underfloor heating ( in winter with extra charge) , solar water heater free Wi-fi and electric shutters in balcony doors of the groundfloor and 2 air-conditions ( 1 in the groundfloor and the 2nd in the master bedroom on upper floor) Outside is a big beautiful garden with private swimming pool ( deep 1.30 cm) , around the house 3 verandas and parking for 2 cars . The location is very quiet as it is at the edge of the village ,ideal for relaxation and beautiful views of the village Katalagari .
Peza is a village and seat of the homonymous community as well as the Municipality of Archanes-Asterousia in the Regional Unit of Heraklion ,Crete .It belonges to the province of Pediada and is located in the center of the eponymous basin, between vineyards and olive groves . The inhabits are engaged in traditional viticulture and olive growing . Peza was and is a transport hub of the area ,as a stopover on the national road from Heraklion to Arkalochori and Viannos . One of the most important points of interest of the village is the Wineries with production of local wines of the area . In the village you will find a central square with Tavernas and Small shops, Grocery stores ,City Hall , Pharmacy ,Banks ,Bakery , Pizzeria, Bars and Regional clinic . Hiking paths and Routes of the area : Kounaviano Gorge and Spiliotissa Gorge
