Modern furnishings and a sleek high spec kitchen with island seating area open onto the pool terrace via large patio doors. The property has 3 levels with the main living space split between the ground and first floor, each with 2 bedrooms. The lower level comprises an indoor garage with a gym area. The villa accommodates 8 people. Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge”, requiring a fee of 10 euros per night from March to October and 4 euros per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.

The villa is located in the area of Prines. Prines village offers a handful of local tavernas and the nearby area of Atsipopoulo has an abundance of amenities. Atsipopoulo has all kinds of shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and services. In Rethymno centre there is a large variety of shops (supermarkets, fishmongers, butcher shops, bakeries,) as well as highly acclaimed restaurants, numerous cafes, pastry shops, ice cream shops and more. In Rethymno you may also visit the magnificent old town, the Venetian harbour, the museum and the venetian castle “Fortezza” which is the trademark of the city.The villa's position is ideal for people who relish a quiet place to relax but wish to be close to everything. Furthermore it is a great base for exploring Crete as the main national road is only 2 minutes away.
