Settled in a 13-acre private plot of land, this captivating home lays in 120m² outdoor area and is embellished with a 60m² infinity private swimming pool (1,50 meters deep). Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Gas BBQ & Sink) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dinning area. The outdoor area is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the scenes and watching the sun’s journey. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware. 
* The ground floor Villa is accessible by wheelchair, however, the facilities and bathrooms are not specifically designed for wheelchair access.
 This peaceful and stylish retreat boasts gentle interiors, as well as the home’s raw beauty takes on a refined, elegant role; modestly gorgeous and casually grand. The bedrooms are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures.
 The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds and one extra guest can be accommodated in the couch of the living room area. The maximum capacity is 7 guests. *Accommodation cost Excludes: Resilience Tax 10,00 per villa per night. This is not included in the platform prices and shall be paid, upon check in.

Sunrise Villa is blissfully set in Myrthios Village and close to the most spectacular and unspoiled beaches and destinations of South Crete - a wonderful location offering tranquility and rejuvenation to all those lucky enough to visit. The Villa offers a convenient location, as it is settled within 1km distance (less than 5 minutes driving) to local tavernas with panoramic views, local cafes & souvenir shops.
 Plakias is a popular tourist resort. Originally a very small and quiet fishing village, and it now offers a range of amenities, as well as is renowned for it’s natural beauty, providing all the facilities that a visitor could wish for. Along the main road of the village there are several supermarkets, bakeries, ATM machines, post office, a doctor’s office, restaurants, tavernas, cafes and beach bars while on the beach there are tamarisk trees, water sports, beach volley courts, snack bars and other shops offer a very wide range of products, including local and traditional goods. The beach is sandy and very well organised with sun beds, umbrellas, changing rooms, showers, etc. The rocks surrounding the beach are ideal for fishing and snorkelling, as well. The road along the beach is also ideal for walking or cycling.
