Close to 2 rivers, 2 caves with stalactites and stalagmites, a beautiful gorge, close to the virgin forests of Drama, for hunters and nature lovers. The studio offers you peace, nature, the comfort of a modern apartment, friendliness, security. If you want to use it as a base, you can visit the sights around the village, which is very close to many interesting tourist spots that will make your vacation unforgettable.

Together with my wife, we love life in the village, having lived for many years, because of a profession away from it, in big cities, in Greece, but also in Belgium, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Qatar. After all this we learned to appreciate its pure oxygen, the simplicity of its life, the friendliness of our neighborhood, the wonderful climate of every era in our region.

The house is located in the center of Fotolivous, in a completely safe and welcoming place, between friends and good, kind people. Children can play ball, basketball, volleyball at nearby public playgrounds, 100 meters away. They can do cycling calmly and safely on quiet roads. In less than half an hour you are on wonderful beaches to enjoy your summer holidays. If you want to walk, there are trails to the surrounding mountains, but also to the beautiful, pristine forests in the mountains of Drama. The rivers around the village give you an opportunity for river fishing, amid nature and trees. In 20 minutes, you can admire the stalactites and the stalagmites, the cave of Alistratis, across the mountain, or the cave of Maras with the underground river and its uniqueness. In the springs and the waters of Agia Varvara, in the city of Drama, among the ancient trees and nature, you can enjoy delicious food in the surrounding restaurants or relax with a drink in the surrounding cafes. Near there are many monasteries, each with its uniqueness and beauty, such as Panagia Eikosifinisas, on Pangaio Mountain in 25 minutes, with the unique view of the valley of Drama from above.
