Everything was perfect. There is a large house and garden with lots of places to relax. Very clean and well furnished with everything you need. It is a small seaside village. Unfortunately during my stay it was rainy so I could not explore the area and facilities much. It is not noisy, may be because the season had not started yet. ( I was there around10th of June) .The have a good bakery and a good sweets shop.

So there was no alternative but to make a nether reservation in a different location!
My family and I stayed at The Blue Apartments and Beach and we loved it!!! The hotel is modern, the rooms are big and the location is great. The owners DIMITRIS & VIKI are great hosts, made us feel like we were home. The food was delicious and homemade, plenty of fresh fruits and drinks available at the bar on the beach and in the restaurant. The beach bar and the area with the umbrellas and sun loungers was very clean and relaxing. Thank you for our amazing holiday!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The house has all you need. There is plenty of space and privacy for a family. The terrace is in the shadow in the morning and we could have breakfast looking at the sea. The best beach in the area is at 5 min walking and it was not a crowded beach. We barbequed fresh fish bought from Nea Peramos , fresh and affordable. There was silence around us , around the house. We could really enjoy a quiet, relaxed vacation. And if we wanted crowds :), the town was at few minutes by car.

The apartment is beautifully decorated with a beautiful terrace, big enough for the whole family. Great hosts welcomed us with a bottle of wine even though we were a few hours late. Cleanliness is at the highest possible level. Whenever we are in Nea Peramos, we will stay here. In a word, perfect.

The thing that we love the most was its amazing terrace where you can drink your morning coffee, read a book and just relax. It’s location is good, about 10 minutes walk to the center. The host is really friendly, gave us good recommendations for places where we should go. We will definitely come back again.
We’re visiting Nea Peramos for 6 years two times a year and this is the BEST place in the town! It’s very clean, fresh towels every 3rd day, facilities are new, it’s cosy and you receive a lot more than you pay for. The host speaks fluent english and is polite and friendly. We’re going to visit Studio Elena again next year, you are doing amazing job!
Clean and comfortable. It is not on the beachfront, but this is advantage for us , because we were away from the noise and smoke from the vehicles and taverns.
