This superb villa is the perfect place for those who wish to relax in a peaceful environment, but having the benefit of being in a short distance from the town! The contemporary decoration, the amazing views of Rethymno town, the sea and the spacious pool will appeal each one of you! * Please note that the "climate crisis resilience fee" (mandatory government tax) of 10 euros per night is applicableand payable in cash upon arrival, directly to the owner of the villa.

Neighbourhood information

I would describe it as a quiet get away heaven! Moreover, the highlight is that it is in a short distance from the town! The villa is located just above the city of Rethymno in an area called “Tria Monastiria”. The whole surrounding area is a totally quiet natural environment ideal for relaxing but also very close to the city. Furthermore it is a great base for making excursions around Crete as the main national road is only 2 minutes drive away. Staying in our villa will give you not only the advantage of relaxing in a quiet private area but also be close to everything. Distances: Heraklion Airport: 88 kms Chania Airport: 70 kms Rethymno Town: 6.5 kms Lidl Supermarket: 6.5 kms Rethymno Beach: 7 kms Restaurants & Bars in Rethymno: 7kms Pharmacy in Rethymno: 7kms Car is advised in order to explore the local area.
