Combining the best of local lifestyle and only 3 minutes driving distance to Armeni Village, this Villa is the perfect base for whatever adventure you crave in Crete. Located in a quiet picture village Armeni, where you may find a variety of facilities ( award winning restaurants, mini markets, pharmacies and more), this unique home has everything you may need for an authentic holiday break. *The Villa is part of Eforasis Villas Complex, where two more villas are located. Each Villa has their own pool and separated facilities, some areas may be overlooked. Ensconced within a 150m2 outdoor space, with 30m2 outdoor pool with 1.50depth, a 4seater heated Spa Whirlpool and wonderful grounds has been designed with group gatherings in mind. The homes feature a 30m2 private swimming pool and ample outdoor design-led settings with a lawn covered play area. Ideal for family or friends (can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds) that wish to cherish each other’s company while being pampered by some of the best outdoor surroundings. *Discover the perfect retreat at our villa, where relaxation meets activity. Enjoy the convenience of 2 yoga mats, a comprehensive set of weights, an exercise ball for versatile workouts, and badminton rackets for outdoor fun, all at your disposal. Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November) Air-conditioning in all areas is included & serves for heating purposes also Smoking is allowed only outdoors. Location Overview : Armeni, a culinary village, is located 11 kilometres (6 miles) south of Rethymno town. It lies in the Armenokampos Valley at the foot of the mountain Vrysina. The settlement, built at an altitude of 380 meters and with population of about 400 residents, because of the short distance from the city of Rethymno, at present, is an important agricultural and commercial center, while attractions of the area include the Late-Minoan Necropolis of Armeni at site Prinokefala. Other attractions in the village of religious nature are numerous churches, such as the Transfiguration of Christ of 1887, the Virgin Mary, a Byzantine church on the road leading to Koumous, the Agios Georgios, the Agia Kyriaki, the Agios Nektarios and other. Eforasis Villas are on the top of a hill slope overlooking Armeni Village and with short access to daily amenities available in Armeni village such as the supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, tavern, gas station and the award winning taverna “Alekos”! The location is ideal for excursions around the island and especially nature lovers, give visitors the possibility to share both the mountainous beauty of Crete, as well as the beautiful crystal clear waters of the Lybian Sea.
