The two maisonettes share the lower floor, which consists of a common kitchen and open dining room, living room with fireplace, living room-terrace, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom. The first floor of each maisonette consists of a large living room with sea view, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. Each apartment has two double bedrooms with sea view and a bathroom. The villa is ideal for families traveling together or a group of friends. Here you have large patios overlooking the mountains, while the front first floor offers a breathtaking view of the sea, from the terrace, which is connected barrier-free to the garden, where the outdoor barbecue area is located. The garden front opens directly to the beach (50 m walk).The village of Politeia has sports facilities (tennis, basketball, volleyball) and a fully equipped children's playground near the house (200 m walk). Near the house there is a nice beach bar-restaurant ("Cosy"). In Skorponeri Bay there are also 2 fish taverns, one outside the village (Kyra Leni) and one near St. Nicholas Church outside the village, at the end of the gulf. The nearest club site 'Alykes' is in the village of Drosia (15 km) near Chalkida. Chalkida has a variety of café-bars and restaurants to offer. The house is also 120 km from Athens International Airport. Apart from the local Politeia beach, there is another beautiful beach called "Alykes" just 20 km away near Drosia with sun beds, beach bars, taverns and cafes where many water sports activities are also available.
