**NiVo Luxury Villa has been distinguished with the 2024 Tourism Awards Silver for Luxury Villa of the Year** Set on a private land of 3.600m2 in the picturesque village of Maroulas, NiVo Luxury Villa offers great panoramic views from above, as well as 7 en-suite bedrooms, comfortably accommodating 14 guests across its 600 m2 property spread over 4 levels. This impressive dwelling features an impressive array of exclusive amenities including a 100 m², private, ecological outdoor infinity pool with a special section for kids, 2 hot tubs, sauna, hammam, cinema room, 25m2 indoor heated pool, tennis court, pool table, outdoor playground and more! If you are looking for the ultimate holiday retreat, look no further, because this vibrant space has it all! Note: The indoor pool can be heated with an additional daily charge for the entire stay and it requires at least one week’s advance notice. Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge,” requiring a fee of 10 euros per night from March to October and 4 euros per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.

In Rethymno you may also visit the magnificent old town, the Venetian harbour, the museum and the venetian castle “Fortezza” which is the trademark of the city.
