Kings Casa, Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, 5 single beds makes this property perfect for the trade or a family, quiet location but still close to all amenities, shops, cinema, supermarkets with in 5 mins, Chipping Sudbury village being just around the corner, Yate train station is just 8 minute train journey in to Bristol park way station, 20 minutes to temple meads station. It is also a perfect location for visiting beautiful countryside being southwest of the Cotswolds hills

Set in a quiet residential area, it is perfect to relax after a leisure day trip or a day at work. It is only 5 minutes drive away from: Yate Train station with easy access to Worcester, Gloucester and Bristol Parkway (MOD Abbeywood Station & Filton) & Bristol Temple Meads. The Offices of South Gloucestershire Council Local Trading Estates. 5 minutes Cineworld Cinema Yate Leisure Centre with gym facilities, swimming pool, badminton and squash courts Yate Common for a nature walk Yate Town Centre has an array of High Street shops and banks Local Shops – Spar, Londis, Morrisons Daily Supermarkets – Waitrose, Morrisons, Tesco Express, Tesco Extra and Lidls Pretty village of Chipping Sodbury – lots of oldy woldy pubs and restaurants – try the Mexican called Amigos, or the proper fish and chips. Hobbs House Bakery is highly recommended – try their Sherston Loaf for toast. There are lots of local shops and they hold regular mini festivals.
