Company information

Justine grew up on the Isle of Wight on a working farm and spent her childhood playing with Horses and Boats. Leaving the island at 18, for the City, she forged a career within the Investment Banking industry. In 2001 she purchased her first holiday home in Bembridge and in 2003 moved back to the Island permanently, buying a small holding in Gatcombe. She later moved to Ashey and built a lodge in her grounds, which is being successfully ran as a holiday let. In 2010 she worked for Sykes Cottages, gaining invaluable knowledge about the self-catering holiday industry. In 2015 she re- developed a rundown Edwardian coastal property for the sole purpose of a holiday let, again with great success. In August 2017 a couple of holiday property owners approached Justine to market and manage their own properties, hence Just for You holiday Homes was born. I am passionate about working on behalf of the owners and helping them to create wonderful memories for all our guests.

A superb, light and spacious 2 bed, 2 bathroom, thoughtfully and extremely well equipped open-plan living, Willerby Pinehurst Lodge. Sleeps up to 4 adults comfortably and is set within the grounds of Roebeck Country Park in Ashey, on the outskirts of Ryde on the Isle of Wight. The lodge oozes tranquillity with its wonderful lake and farmland views. Perfect for those looking to relax and enjoy the beauty and peace of their surroundings, and handily within a 5 minutes’ drive from the bustling Victorian Sea Side Town of Ryde. Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG – a globally recognized trust and safety company that allows hosts and guests to confidently transact. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly by SUPERHOG to complete your booking validation, which includes ID verification and the deposit collection. You will be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit (+ admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver.

Neighbourhood information

Roebeck Country Park is a family owned and operated park and set within beautiful countryside with views of the Ashey Valley. The park offers a secluded and tranquil location with a private fishing lake stocked with carp and tench (licence is required) and ancient woodland. Poppy is under 3.5 miles from Ryde’s Town Centre, with its marina, boating lake, children’s rides, indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, bowling Greens, as well as having many international restaurants, pubs, cafés, boutiques, and antique shops. Something for everyone. Whilst the 6 miles of golden, gently sloping sandy beaches are ideal for bathing in the summer and breath-taking embracing walks in the winter. There is no better way to start your day, than taking a brisk walk from Ryde to Seaview while watching the sun rise, then pop into a café in Seaview and walk home. Ryde also benefits from having superb transport links therefore no need for a car; the Wightlink Catamaran passenger ferry connects you to the train at the top of the pier, which can take you all the way to Shanklin if desired. The Hover comes over from Southsea, and provided a unique mode of transport, and only takes 10 minutes.
