We are a small family run company which started with one property and a love of renovation and design. We wanted to share our family holiday house with others and were amazed by the feedback and the number of holidays we were able to host. Especially coming out of lockdown we were able to host so many family reunions and UK staycations. Managing our one property very quickly grew to helping others manage their own properties, and now we have a high-quality selection of homes across the UK, and every month we seem to be growing. Our focus is always ensuring you have the most enjoyable and hassle-free trip. Our properties are in some of our favourite places, so we have loads of local recommendations for you. We are based in Yorkshire and Glasgow, but we have local teams by each of our properties who are all great and more than happy to help should you need it! Nestled within the sought-after Lower Mill Estate, this charming three-bedroom cottage offers a warm and cosy home-from-home experience. With beautiful views of the communal orchard, the cosy lounge also features a log burner. Orchard Cottage is great for a couple or small family, we’re even pet-friendly. Situated on the 450-acre nature reserve in the Cotswold’s Water Park, you have access to the estate’s lakes, water sports, restaurants and many more. Key features: • Access to Lower Mill Estate • Access to Lakes • Open Plan Living Space • Three Bedrooms • Access to outdoor swimming pool and tennis court • Communal Orchard • Allocated Parking Space • Family and Pet Friendly • Log Burner • WIFI and Smart TV As you enter through the front entrance, you’ll be greeted with the open-plan living area. The Lounge is to your left and the Kitchen/Dining area to your right with a door in the middle which leads to the stairs to the first floor. Lounge: Feeautres two couches for up to 4 guests, smart TV and a log burner. Stable door at the rear leads to the patio area and orchard. Kitchen/Diner: Undercounter fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob. Dining table for 4 guests. This Cottage is quirky in style, in which all the rooms upstairs are in the roof space, meaning all the ceilings are low, so please mind your head! Master Bedroom: Double bed and wardrobe. Second Bedroom: Single bed and chest of drawers. Third Bedroom: Single bed. Family Bathroom: Toilet, wash hand basin, corner bathtub and a walk-in shower cubicle. Pet Rules: If you are bringing your dog, please ensure they are off the furniture. If they must go on sofas, ensure that a blanket/throw is put on the sofa to ensure muddy paws don’t mark the sofa. Please notify us if you’re bringing any pets. Please note only a maximum of 2 dogs are allowed.

Outside: Out the rear of Orchard Cottage, you’ll find a patio area in which you can sit out on a summer evening, listening to the wildlife around you. The garden area also gives you direct access to the shared orchard. Parking: Orchard Cottage has a designated parking space, plus numerous overflow car parks in proximity. There are also multiple electric car charging points across the Estate. Please Note: Please note the Lower Mill Estate is a nature reserve and has strict rules about noise and loud parties. Loud noise is not allowed on the estate after 10 pm and this is enforced by security. Stag and Hen parties are not allowed, along with contractor bookings. Estate facilities are complementary but please note they are separate entities and not owned or managed by the owner. This means the owner is not responsible or liable if the Spa or other Estate facilities are closed or restricted or unavailable during your stay. You can book the tennis courts by adding your name to the clipboard by the court.
