Friendly and helpful, a real country lover, passionate about the island. Will be seen driving around in my 20 year old blue Landrover defender with my two beautiful dogs looking out the back. Tithe Barn stands on a gentle hill facing South on a 100-acre working farm, with magnificent picturesque views, stunning countryside walks, birds and farm animals. Semi-detached barn conversion, original features. The Barn offers a truly relaxing and comfortable accommodation, sleeps up to 6 guests in three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The ground floor twin bedroom has the advantage of a full wet-room and patio doors Open plan sitting, dining and kitchen, communal lawned area. Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG – a globally recognised trust and safety company that allows hosts and guests to confidently transact. You will be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit (+ admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver.

Neighbourhood information

Little Upton Farm lies only 5 minutes by car from Ryde’s Town Centre with its marina, boating lake, children’s rides, indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, bowling Greens, as well as having many international restaurants, pubs, cafés, boutiques, and antique shops. Something for everyone. Whilst the 6 miles of golden, gently sloping sandy beaches are ideal for bathing in the summer and breath-taking embracing walks in the winter. There is no better way to start your day, than taking a brisk walk from Ryde to Seaview while watching the sun rise, then pop into a café in Seaview and walk home. There is a bus stop up the road at Upton Cross that goes hourly into Ryde where there are superb transport link all around the island.
