Welcome to our stylish, hotel-quality villa, situated within walking distance of central Kidlington and just 3.5 miles from the heart of Oxford. This prime location is ideal for visitors to Oxford, Blenheim Palace, and Bicester Village. The newly decorated villa offers 3 spacious bedrooms, a comfortable living room, a dining room, modern kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances. Family bathroom with a bathtub, and an additional ground floor toilet. Free parking spaces and numerous other amenities. The villa features a private entrance and a secluded back garden. LOCAL 3 minute drive to the Kidlington high street with all you require for your day to day needs; Co-op and Tesco Express, Iceland food shops, pharmacy, newsagent, bank, butcher, barber, dry cleaner, post office and more. 5 minutes walk to local pubs such as Black Horse and Red Lion. Also a 2 minute walk to the Park Hill Play Area.
