A Grade II listed building, stone built with some spacious rooms with high ceilings. It is situated at the top of the town, not far from Town Clock. Very close to the Castle grounds, Promenade, Harbour and the Marina. Close to Tesco Supermarket, Cafes, Banks, shops, etc. A Launderette across the road. Public House across the road, down the road and one by the bridge. The flat is on 2 upper floors, above a ground floor commercial business. Please note that there are no scenic views from the flat, as it's a townhouse/property, 2 minutes walk to Castle, Marina/Harbour & Seafront. It is not suitable for anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs. There is no lift at the property. If there are children accompanying you, adult supervision is required at all times. Their safety are your responsibility. Stairs are open wooden spindle handrail banisters, etc. (as shown in photos). The flat is not ideal for young children. We do not have stair gates or child proof doors/cupboards or safety plug covers. Please do not allow children to sit/stand on the window sill. They must be accompanied at all times in flat. The key code for front door will be sent on arrival day, before your check-in time of 1600 hrs Sorry, we do not have parking facilities, Maesyrafon Car Park information is in the photo together with St. Michael car park, Laura Place, SY23 2AU, closest walking distance. No garden, as town centre property. Possible noise, people out on an evening for Events, Holiday season, Bank Holiday, Sport events, etc. PLEASE NOTE No smoking of any substance at all in premises. No hen do, Stag do, gatherings, or parties. Any damages or extra cleaning at property, a request for charges will be submitted. Loss of one or both keys, a claim will be submitted for new lock replaced and to be fitted.

Close to Promenade, Don't forget to kick the bar, an old tradition of Aberystwyth, as you walk down to the north end of the prom by Constitution Hill just lift your foot and tap the bar, you will no doubt see people doing it. Also close Castle grounds, Harbour and the Marina, all in a short walking distance. Constitution Hill, which has a path or an electric cliff tram to take you to the top and relax to take in the view, a large camera obscura, gift shop and cafe. National Library of Wales also welcomes visitors with a cafe inside. The Vale of Rheidol Train (seasonal), Aberystwyth Museum is in the town centre.
