A spacious, distinctive Countryside home situated within minutes of Llanberis, the foot of Mt. Snowdon & the Snowdonia National Park. Ample parking for up to 6 Cars, Secluded large rear Garden with views over open fields to Mountains of Snowdonia. Access also from Kitchen/Dining area via patio doors on to decking area with furniture for lazy family BBQ’s over looking the Mountains. From the Large Lounge view over fields towards the town of Caernarfon & Sea of the Menai Straits & Anglesey.

Our House is ideally located to enjoy incredible Mountain scenery & numerous walks, amazing Castles, fantastic Sandy beaches and our amazing local culture. The Village of Llanrug ( pronounced Llanreeg) can be reached by public footpath from the house where you will find award winning ‘Wavell’s Butchers, incredible local bakery and of course the Glyntwrog Pub, that serves an extensive menu of good home made food and real ales. There is also a Welsh award winning Indian restaurant and takeaway within 5 minutes of the House. There is also and excellently rated Cantonese restaurant in Caernarfon (Fu’s) who also offer a delivery services. Groceries can be ordered for delivery from Tesco extra In Bangor. Being within easy reach of The world famous Zip World, Bounce Below, Snowdon Mountain Railway and Surf Snowdonia, this property really is the place to make family memories that will last a lifetime.
