    Location was very central - had it's own parking space which was brilliant - parking in Beverley is quite hard (either very expensive or limited time). Apartment was very clean and cosy. Would definitely stay here again.

    The apartment was centrally situated with its own parking space (which was a real bonus) - quiet location and close to shops. Very comfortable, clean and cosy. Had excellent heating and ample hot water. Would definitely stay here again.

Our house offers the perfect central location in Beverley and is comfortable for up to 4 guests. It was recently refurbished with a great care and detail, has an adorable sitting area in the garden, plus free parking! This property is a definite must-see! The ground floor hosts the lounge and kitchen while the bedroom and bathroom are located on the first floor. Bedroom: The house boasts one bedroom featuring a comfortable double bed for you to sink into after a long days sightseeing. Bathroom: There is a bright bathroom with bath and shower over it. The bathroom is stocked with all essential toiletries and towels. Well equipped Kitchen: There are full kitchen facilities including hob, microwave and fridge-freezer as well as all the crockery, cutlery and utensils you need to prepare a meal. Please note that we only provide a starter pack of consumables (toiletries, toilet paper, bin bags and cleaning products) upon arrival. Living Area: In the living area there is a comfy sofa bed, little coffee table and Smart TV (e.g. Netflix etc), board games. The sofa can be converted into a double bed that can fit 2 people. Sofa bed linen will be provided if guests will book for 3 - 4 guests. Stay Connected: The WiFi in the house is ideal for streaming your favourite films or if you need to do business from home. Parking: We have a dedicated parking spot for one car. The parking is free. Access: The property has a self-check-in and check-out process so that you can come and go at your leisure. We are available throughout your stay, and we work with a fantastic concierge service which means that we are available 24-7 to help with any queries or provide recommendations on restaurants or places to visit.
