This home is split over 3 levels and includes a private courtyard garden. KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM The kitchen and dining room is spacious and open-plan. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar with bar stools, as well as all the amenities you will need during your stay. There is a dining table and surrounding wicker chairs. From here, you can look out to the courtyard garden, and there is a door for access. COURTYARD GARDEN The courtyard garden is surrounded by plants and trees, so is a secluded space. LIVING ROOM Next to the dining room, is the living area. The room is spacious, with a desk, armchair and paintings on one side, and relaxed seating at the other end. There are two sofas and two armchairs, surrounding the fireplace. On the left of the fireplace is a television. From the ceiling hangs a chandelier, with beautiful ceiling rose and cornicing detail around the room. The space has classical style and elegance. UTILITY ROOM On the lower ground floor, is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. FIRST BEDROOM This bedroom is light and spacious, with views to the garden below. There is a Super-King size bed in the centre, with artwork on the surrounding walls. This room also has a chest-of-drawers, armchair and bookcases. EN SUITE This bedroom includes an en suite shower room, with a large walk-in shower, basin and WC. SECOND ... Home Truths: No smoking, pets or parties!
