Price includes: accommodation, bed linen, towels, household linen (bathmat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and the kitchen corner), charge and tax (except city tax and application fee).

For an extra charge, guests can request that their beds be made ready for their arrival.

Please note that the outdoor swimming pool is not heated and is open from May to September.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.

A damage deposit of € 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
