The owner is such a kind person who put up with my terrible French. The room was very clean, nice bathroom, and even had a balcony. The location is great, very close to the beach and the conference center. On sunny days, the breakfast can be enjoyed on the terrace in front of the house. Great selection of breads, juice and yoghurt. Very cute house, much smaller than the surrounding buildings, which gives it a cozy vibe.

We booked a last minute overnight stay in this beautiful hotel before our trip to Saint Jean Cap Ferrat the next day.
We booked a superior double room with a balcony but the room ( Room 92) we were given was two times smaller than what was advertised, and it didn't have a balcony despite being listed very clearly on the reservation. The bathroom is also outdated.
The room was located right next to the main road, which meant that you can hear the noise of every single car and motorcycle passing by.
The antique elevator right in front of our room also made a lot of noise, which of course has also been incredibly frustrating.
Coffee pods , sun loungers , beach towels are charged which are free in other hotels.
The hotel reception staff were professional and pleasant.
Belle Rives is a must if you are in Antibes and have unlimited budget.

This is the second time we have stayed here in the last 6 months and it’s a lovely building and location just off the park in JLP. It’s bright and airy and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. We did have an issue with the shower in our room and we were offered a choice of upgraded rooms, nothing was too much.

French coastal village. Endless bars and restaurants to choose from New beach is our favourite. Sun loungers need to be pre booked and are not cheap. BUT the staff work so hard there running up and down servicing the sun bathers. Long seafront walk large amount of shops to browse. Cocktail bars Casino.

The place was nice, our hotel was superb, however the restaurants in the city need improvement (takes more than 40 minutes to get your order even if it is from daily menu) only in the tai restaurant we got better service. Additionally the beach facilities should be reserved online otherwise you will pay a lot of money.... We didn't know that so it was an unpleasant surprise.

We love Juan-les-Pins!
We love Juan-les-Pins! The beach is beautiful, the people seem friendly and there are many delicious restaurants, grocery stores, and boutiques within easy walking distance, The town seems very pedestrian friendly and safe. Juan-les-Pins is in an ideal location to visit many other areas of the south of France. One can easily take the train, ferry, or even hire a private driver to visit other towns and villages. We plan to return next year we like Juan-les-Pins so much.
The hotel de la pinede is very clean, modern and lovely! It is only a 3 minute walk away from the beach and is located in the very center of Juan-les Pins. Therefore, it might be a little noisy at night (but this is also mentioned on the website) but we had no trouble falling asleep. The hotel also has a beautiful and rooftop to enjoy breakfast at. Our host recommended us some restaurants to have dinner at and even provided us with information about the hotel's history. Highly recommend to stay at the hotel!
Very comfortable and spacious! Wifi and kitchen both worked great, and the terrace was a very nice bonus! Perfect location on a quiet street a few minutes from the stain station and a few minutes to the water. Great starting point to hike around the cape, or an easy walk straight across to the beach/city center/museums! Also and easy Uber or train to Nice and Cannes in wither direction.

I booked this beautiful hotel as a special occasion treat after proposing to my partner and I can honestly say that everything was perfect. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was amazing and they even gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne to enjoy on our balcony which overlooked the garden and pool area.
I’d highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Juan les Pins and will 100% be returning!
