This hotel exceeded my expectations. Location was amazing. A few minutes walk from a park, the promenade and 25 mins walk from the train station.
My room was spacious and beautiful, with a very comfortable bed and pillows!
They had a water station at reception and extra coffee pods and sugar if needed.
The staff were friendly and very accomodating.
I would absolutely stay there again.

I loved the location. The hotel is a pretty building in a gorgeous place. The staff are so friendly, helpful and polite. It's great for female solo traveller . The room is cute. I had the economy which is inward facing but if at a time of year when there is more light I'd love to look out on the square in front with it's market each morning. The breakfast area has this view.

The studio flat is in an excellent location. Less than five minutes walk from the train station and about ten minutes walk to Place Massena.
It has everything you need, kitchenette, shower, a small balcony. Despite it being on the main street, it is very quiet.

Easy access, studio with kitchen facilities, mini balcony, very centrally located and close to Place Massena, the Old Town, Jean Medecin and the tram. Quirkily designed boutique hotel, retro feel, with only 17 or so rooms.
The studio is very compact and has everything you need for a stay in Nice. It is very well situated near to the main boulevard, the tram stop and the station. And not far from Place Masséna and the seafront.
Fantastic location! Close to Place Massena and other attractions. There was a tram stop nearby, which could take you to the airport. A few minutes walk to the sea. In the immediate vicinity there are shops, cafes and restaurants.
Very nice and friendly owners Delphine and Tuan gave us keys and a lot of necessary information about the area and attractions. Their help and kindness was invaluable! We will definitely come back to this place!

Accomodation was at 4th floor with no elevator - keep it in mind, the room was very clean with big window, nice kitchen equipment,, bathroom was also ok,

Great location. Close to the beach and only ten minutes or so walk to Place Massena via a nice street of restaurants. The apartment was very clean and modern with everything you need for a short break.
Our second stay here and it was just as good as the last time. We love the cleanliness, the well appointed bar/lounge, dining room and the friendliness of the staff. Our room was very clean and well serviced every day. The fresh filtered water in a refillable bottle was a bonus. Air con was efficient and best of all we had a small balcony! So close to tram stop, which makes travel to and from the airport easy. We love the position - near enough to Old Town and place Masséna, shops, etc. Great breakfast too.
It's a lovely hotel with tea/coffee maker, mini fridge, AC, lift. Room was a comfortable size. Staff is very helpful and the location is just amazing. On Jean Medcin with all shopping and restaurants on the street. Nice Ville station very near, Notre Dame d Assumption next to the hotel. Place Massena, old town and promonade within walking distance. Jean medcin station fr Tram 2 to airport 4 minutes away. Lovely bfst with cold meats, cheese, cereals, juices, breads. We loved staying here
Location was amazing. Very close to jean medcin station fr tram 2 to and fro from airport and walking distance to Nice Ville station. Fabulous shopping street. Very closely to Place Massena, old town and promonade Des Anglais. Breakfast was good with breads, cold meats, cheeses, cereals, fruits, juices. Room was not big but comfortable and hd AC, tea/coffee maker and fridge. Staff was very sweet and helpful
location is amazing, 2 minutes from Promenade des Anglais and Ruhl Plage, close to all the restaurants, stores and walking distance of the train station, place Masséna and Nice Old Town. The studio has a great washroom/shower and a washing machine, which is great after long days at the beach !
