Nice hotel and location. Be sure to book a room with a sea view, because the beauty of the bay is incredible. The rooms are not luxurious, but clean, with all the necessary equipment and even a dishwasher. Very good place, there is a bus stop nearby, so you can reach all the attractions in less than half an hour by bus, the staff is kind and helpful.

Quiet place, spacious rooms, great bed with perfectly clean linen, kitchen works and has everything you need for simple cooking, TV with many French programmes, boulangerie artisanale just across the street, and sunny balcony. Perfect for a week in France!

View was superb. Location excellent, short walk to shops, beach and train station. Large room, comfy beds. Balcony was large and the view was fabulous...ate breakfast there every day. South facing and beautiful sun. Loungers would make it even better! Staff were very helpful, friendly and polite, easy to communicate with. Nothing to dislike

Beautiful villa! We absolutely loved our week long stay at Villa Léonie. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend my family and friends to stay here while in Nice! We walked everywhere from this location, we ran along the water front in the mornings and stopped at the flower market for berries, cheese and bread etc. we enjoyed having the small kitchenette in the room to prepare food and enjoy it in the garden. Easy walk to and from the old town. Many restaurants a 10-15 minute walk away. Wonderful rooms, spacious with all the amenities! Stunning ceilings. We were blown away! Felt like Marie Antoinette. Haha. Recommend anyone who stays here to check out Ville-Franche-Sur-Mer and St-Jean-Cap-ferrat! Beautiful hikes and beaches nearby.

This was quiet and comfortable place to stay near the campus. The AC worked great. It is right on a tram stop (and the tram is not loud to be bothersome) and there is a Lidl a very short walk away! The bathroom was spacious with plenty of places to hang things and place things around the sink. Also, it's a great deal price-wise!
