Very bright studio in duplex renovated by an architect with quality materials, terrace in the axis of the two towers and the old port! It includes a beautiful living room with TV (Chromecast equipment), a shower room with toilet and upstairs a large equipped kitchen that extends onto a terrace with exceptional views over the city and the old port. A magnificent apartment, a real cocoon, with without doubt the most beautiful view of La Rochelle! ## Logement Ideal for a young couple, apartment on the 4ᵉ floor (access is via a spiral staircase, like in a lighthouse). For safety reasons with the stairs and terrace, small children are not allowed. The accommodation includes : - a living space with a sofa bed; - a fully equipped and functional kitchen - and a shower room. During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Coffee machine, Oven, Microwave, Television, Hair dryer, Washing machine, Dryer. Linen and towels are provided at an additional cost. Professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler. The accommodation is located : - 2 minutes walk from the old port; - 7 minutes from the Charruyer Park; - 5 minutes from the Bunker - and 10 minutes from the La Rochelle Aquarium.
