PALAIS HISPANIA is a beautiful one bedroom apartment, entirely renovated, on the top floor. It is located in the hyper center, a few steps from the train station of Nice ville. It is in close proximity to all public transportation. You will appreciate the balcony with a open view on the city and the sea in the distance where you will be able to take your aperitif. The decoration is modern. The parquet floor and the wooden furniture give a cosy atmosphere. The imitation cement tile credence of the kitchen, the beautiful walk-in shower and the decorative elements bring a design touch. The apartment is located near an elementary school. You may hear the children playing during the day. The school is closed in the evening and on weekends.
