The location was excellent in the 5th arrondissement in a quiet neighborhood but so convenient and close to a metro stop, and restaurants and markets along nearby Rue Mouffetard. We liked being able to check in early. The hosts responded quickly when messaged. We appreciated the dark curtains that kept out street lights. The sofa bed in the living room where I slept was surprisingly comfortable. The apartment was very clean. The kitchenette was tiny but adequate. Nice shower! We didn't stay long so space wasn't a problem. We didn't use the washing machine but having one available is always a plus. Wifi connection was great.

Recently renovated by an architect, the apartment offers open-plan living where spaces feel distinct through innovative use of layout and colour. The home is also enlarged thanks to art-deco-style oval mirrors, as well as a circular mirror in a warming bronze.
