We propose to you with the hiring, in Neuilly-sur-Marne, with 30 minutes of Marne-la-Vallée, this charming apartment of a surface of 63 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 8th floor (with elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 16 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms and a bathroom. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - An entrance with cupboards of arrangement - A living room of 16 m² with TV, Wifi, sofa and dining area - A kitchen, opening on a loggia, equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, hotplates, table with chairs... - Bedroom 1 : a double bed (140x190), a closet and an adjoining loggia - Bedroom 2 : a double bed (140x190) and a closet - A shower room with shower - A separate toilet - A laundry room with washing machine and dryer For more comfort : fan, ironing board and iron. Outside : - Two loggias exposed south-west with seats and coffee table Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included - Free Wifi available (fiber optic) - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation - Good to know : Janitor in the residence - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
